This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases, bookings, or services obtained through EasyTaxPlanner (operated by Maa Pranaam Suvidha Limited) via our website, mobile application, or any other official sales channel. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Cancellation of Orders

Once payment is completed for any service, order, or booking, it is considered final and confirmed, and cancellation is generally not allowed. Customers are advised to carefully review the service details before making a purchase.

Refunds or cancellations are considered only if EasyTaxPlanner is unable to provide the service due to internal reasons. In such cases, EasyTaxPlanner reserves the right to either reschedule the service or offer a full refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, non-usage of service, or partial completion of services once work has been shared with the customer.

If a service is cancelled by EasyTaxPlanner or fails to be delivered as promised, the customer may request a refund. Approved refunds will typically be processed within 15 to 30 business days and credited to the customer’s original payment method.

Customers must raise refund requests within 30 days of service completion or sharing of work. Requests made after this period will generally not be entertained.

In case of disputes or discrepancies regarding payments, EasyTaxPlanner encourages customers to contact support, and reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the matter fairly.

Errors in Purchase

Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of service details, type of service, and payment amount before confirming a purchase. Mistaken orders, duplicate bookings, or errors in selecting a service do not automatically qualify for a refund, though EasyTaxPlanner may, at its discretion, adjust or credit payments where justified.

Non-Transferability

Services purchased via EasyTaxPlanner are for the personal or authorized business use of the account holder only. Purchases cannot be sold, gifted, transferred, or exchanged for cash, credits, or other services unless explicitly allowed in writing by EasyTaxPlanner.

Force Majeure

EasyTaxPlanner is not responsible for any delay, suspension, or cancellation of services caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, strikes, pandemics, or technical failures.

In such cases, EasyTaxPlanner may postpone, reschedule, or modify services without any obligation to provide a refund.
